ホテルを装った不審なメッセージにご注意ください|Beware of Suspicious Emails and WhatsApp Messages Posing as Hotels
お知らせいつも登大路ホテルをご愛顧賜り、誠にありがとうございます。
このたび、各宿泊予約サイトと当ホテルをつなぐ予約管理システム「TEMAIRAZU」(手間いらず株式会社)において、不正アクセスが確認されました。
ご予約内容を含む不審なメッセージが WhatsApp、SMS、メール等で届く事例が発生しています。
お客様の安全のため、以下の点に十分ご注意くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
(1) 当ホテルからのご予約に関するご連絡は、以下の方法でのみ行っております。その他の方法でご連絡することはございません。
① ご予約いただいた宿泊予約サイトのメッセージ機能
② メール:info@noborioji.com(当ホテル代表メールアドレス)
③ 電話:0120-995-546 又は 0742-25-2591(当ホテル代表電話番号)
(2) 当ホテルが、WhatsAppなどの外部メッセージアプリ、SMS、電話等を通じて、クレジットカード情報の提供や再入力を求めることはなく、キャンセルを通知することもございません。
(3) 不審なメッセージを受信された場合
① 不審なメッセージには返信せず、リンクを開かないでください。
② ご予約内容の確認は、当館公式サイト記載の電話番号、またはご利用いただきました宿泊予約サイトへお問い合わせください。
③ すでにクレジットカード情報を入力された場合は、直ちにカード発行会社へご連絡ください。

We would like to inform our guests that unauthorized access has recently been identified in TEMAIRAZU, a reservation management system operated by TEMAIRAZU, Inc., which connects our hotel with various online travel agencies and booking platforms.
As a result, there have been reported cases in which guests received suspicious messages via WhatsApp, SMS, email, and other communication channels containing information related to their reservations. For your safety and security, we kindly ask that you carefully review the following precautions.
1. Official Communications from Our Hotel
Any communication regarding your reservation will be made only through the following channels:
1. The messaging function provided by the online travel agency or booking platform through which you made your reservation.
2. Email: info@noborioji.com (our official hotel email address).
3. Telephone: +81-742-25-2591 or 0120-995-546 (our official hotel telephone number).
We do not contact guests regarding reservations through any other communication channels.
2. Credit Card Information Requests and Cancellation Notifications
Our hotel will never request that guests provide or re-enter credit card information through WhatsApp, other messaging applications, SMS messages, or telephone calls, nor will we notify guests of reservation cancellations through such channels.
3. If You Receive a Suspicious Message
If you receive a message that appears suspicious:
1. Do not reply to the message and do not click on any links contained in it.
2. To verify your reservation, please contact us using the telephone number listed on our official website or contact the booking platform through which you made your reservation.
3. If you have already entered your credit card information, please contact your card issuer immediately and follow their instructions.
